RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated on the specific order page from which you initiated your order, Make Anything Work Holdings Inc will provide you with 10 business days from the date of purchase to request a return & refund.

Digital Products – It is your responsibility and requirement to fully delete and purge any digital purchase from your computer immediately after your refund is processed. You may not, under any circumstances, maintain a digital or physical backup of a digital product for which you have received a refund. To do so constitutes fraud and you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Physical Products – Physical goods are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Returned goods must be receved in saleable condition in order for you to be eligible to receive a full or partial refund. Return shipping will be at your expense.

Services – Unless otherwise agreed, all services (such as coaching & mentoring) will be come non-refundable after 30 days from the original purchase date. Refunds requested for a service (such as coaching, mentoring or web site membership) will be offered only on a pro-rated basis for the full amount of your purchase price, minus the pro-rated amount for services already rendered. For example, a 12-month coaching membership cancelled after the 1st month will result in a pro-rated return of 11/12s of the original cost.
